Choose prints and sharing around your event

For a staff celebration, client reception or company holiday party, decide whether guests need printed keepsakes, digital photos or both. Our Signature Prints and Glam Booth packages both include digital photos and sharing, unlimited 2×6 prints, a choice of backdrop and an optional prop table.

Signature Prints starts at $400 CAD for two hours, with extra time at $100 per hour. Glam Booth starts at $500 CAD for two hours and adds unlimited 4×6 prints and premium envelopes; extra time is $150 per hour. Signature Prints can add unlimited 4×6 prints for $25 per hour.

Prepare branding before the event

Print templates can include a company logo, event name, date or campaign colours. Share your artwork and design requirements with your quote request, then confirm the design scope, approval deadline and any additional charges. Ask which backdrop options suit the room and whether a custom backdrop needs separate arrangements.

If you want to publish guest photographs or use them in a campaign, explain that intended use to guests and agree the photo-sharing arrangements with your event team. Digital sharing is a guest experience feature; it does not guarantee reach or new customers.

Plan the booth around guest flow

Choose a visible location with enough space for the booth, the backdrop, a queue and print collection. Keep it away from exits, serving routes and presentation sightlines. Confirm nearby power, loading access and whether setup must finish before guests arrive.

Match the operating window to breaks, the reception or the party portion of your program. Provide your guest count and schedule when asking about rental hours and attendant support, rather than assuming every guest can use the booth during a short break.

What to include in your quote request

Send your date, venue, guest count, booth hours, print preferences and branding needs. Ask for the total price, setup and teardown arrangements, gallery delivery, payment terms and cancellation terms in writing.
