1. Services
Your Majesty Event Vendors provides photo booth rentals, event-effects services, and an inquiry catalog for selected event-effects equipment and consumables, subject to availability, suitability, and written confirmation.
2. Booking and payments
A booking is confirmed once required payment terms are accepted and any required deposit is received. Remaining balances are due as agreed in your quote or invoice.
3. Cancellations and rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling terms are provided at booking and may vary based on notice period, date availability, and event scope.
4. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, venue rules and approvals, access to suitable space and power, and a safe operating environment for equipment and staff. Event effects may be modified or declined when venue conditions or applicable requirements cannot be satisfied.
5. Equipment and liability
We are not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by venue restrictions, force majeure events, or conditions outside our reasonable control. Clients may be responsible for damage caused by misuse or negligence.
6. Media usage
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we may use non-sensitive event media for portfolio and promotional purposes. You can request exclusion in writing before your event.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected services.
8. Product inquiries
The shop is an inquiry catalog and does not constitute an offer, checkout, or guarantee of sale. Product specifications, price, availability, compatibility, documentation, warranty, delivery or pickup options, and any conditions of sale will be confirmed in writing before an order is accepted. Customers are responsible for following final manufacturer instructions and all applicable requirements.
