Your Majesty Event Vendors provides photo booth rental services for private and corporate events, subject to availability and written confirmation.
A booking is confirmed once required payment terms are accepted and any required deposit is received. Remaining balances are due as agreed in your quote or invoice.
Cancellation and rescheduling terms are provided at booking and may vary based on notice period, date availability, and event scope.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, access to venue space, power access, and a safe operating environment for equipment and staff.
We are not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by venue restrictions, force majeure events, or conditions outside our reasonable control. Clients may be responsible for damage caused by misuse or negligence.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we may use non-sensitive event media for portfolio and promotional purposes. You can request exclusion in writing before your event.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected services.
